If you can run GTA V, then i guess you are all set for CyberPunk.
All you need is at least: 64-bit Windows 10, DirectX 12, Core i5-3570X processor and above or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G or AMD FX 8310 with minimum 8GB RAM.
For graphics, don't go below NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3GB or AMD Radeon RX 470. Have a storage of not less than 70GB SSD if possible.
