Well when it comes in controlling emotions , CJ isn't that far behind I guess.Tommy is a psychopath with most leave headed also he has advantage of controlling his emotions so for me he wins
For me, it has to be Carl Jhonson, returning to your city to hear about your mother passing away, going against all odds to conquer Grove City. A great character I'd say.
Yes, he might've gone through some severe emotional breakdown yet he rocked his way up.
