Best in terms of experience? or best in terms of quality?
I will answer based on experience and say Call of Duty Black Ops II. This is mainly down to the group of friends I played with online. We played almost daily together for like 5 months. I had a blast every time.

Star Citizen. Best online game i ever played. I spend my time with my friends i am not much pro with this game but i always fell happy to play it , I had some of the best and worst gaming experiences playing it. ( i got banned for using the hacks in the game lol )
